Super Spicy Szechuan Beef
A fiery and flavorful Szechuan beef stir-fry that will set your taste buds on fire!

In a bowl, combine beef slices with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok over high heat. Add garlic, ginger, Szechuan peppercorns, and dried red chilies. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add marinated beef slices and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes.

Push beef to the side, add remaining oil, and sauté white parts of green onions for 1 minute.

Mix in chicken broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Stir well.

Bring to a simmer, then add green parts of green onions. Cook for another minute.
