Traditional Stroganoff
A classic and comforting dish featuring tender beef strips in a rich and creamy mushroom sauce, served over egg noodles.

In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.

Add the beef strips and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter. Add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened.

Stir in the beef broth, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.

Return the beef strips to the skillet. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the stroganoff over cooked egg noodles.Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
