No Yeast Beer Bread
A simple and quick bread recipe that uses beer instead of yeast for leavening.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Pour in the beer and stir until just combined.Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Pour the melted butter over the top of the batter.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
