Homemade Samosas
Delicious homemade samosas filled with spiced potatoes and peas, wrapped in crispy pastry.

In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and oil. Add water gradually to form a stiff dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add green peas and mashed potatoes.

Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes. Stir in fresh coriander.

Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a circle and cut it in half. Form a cone shape and fill with the potato mixture. Seal the edges.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
