Kung Po Chicken
Kung Po Chicken is a classic Chinese stir-fry dish with tender chicken, peanuts, and vegetables in a savory and slightly spicy sauce.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch mixture, chicken broth, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.about 5-6 minutes

Add garlic, ginger, red bell pepper, and half of the green onions. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Pour in the sauce mixture and cook until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.about 2-3 minutes

Stir in roasted peanuts and remaining green onions. Cook for another minute.

Serve hot over steamed rice.
