Super Easy Pork Noodle Stir-Fry
Everyone loves a pork noodle stir-fry!

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add sliced pork and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.

Add cooked rice noodles and the prepared sauce. Toss everything together to combine.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
