Simple Shepherd’s Pie

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.

Add the ground meat and cook until browned. Stir in the tomato paste and beef broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in the frozen vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with warm milk and butter until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
