Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes. Stir in fresh coriander.
4 Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a circle and cut it in half. Form a cone shape and fill with the potato mixture. Seal the edges.
5 Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
