In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Shape mixture into small meatballs.

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.

Remove meatballs from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in beef broth until smooth. Stir in heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce.

Bring to a simmer and return meatballs to the skillet. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and sauce has thickened.
