In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer over medium heat.

Add lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 10 minutes.This helps infuse the flavors into the broth.

Add shrimp and mushrooms. Cook until shrimp turns pink and mushrooms are tender.

Stir in fish sauce and lime juice. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Remove from heat. Discard lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves.
