Tourtiere
Tourtiere is a traditional French-Canadian meat pie that is typically made with ground pork and warm spices. It is a comforting and flavorful dish that is perfect for the winter months.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Add the onion, garlic, thyme, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent.

Stir in the beef broth, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.

Remove the skillet from heat and let the filling cool slightly.

Line a pie dish with the bottom pie crust. Fill with the meat mixture. Cover with the top crust, seal and crimp the edges.

Cut slits in the top crust to vent. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Let the tourtiere rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
